Know any tips or guides on how to style your hair?

Well I'm 14 and I know this sounds really bad but I'm not very good at styling my hair. Of course I'm starting high school and don't have a lot of time in the morning to work on my hair. My hair is naturally curly but I can straighten it. Do you know of any tips or guides on how I can do good on styling my hair?

side ponytail or braid
messy bun
French braid
straight
straighten it, make a poof (sp?) and pull it back into a pony tail.
Straighten it and french braid just the front bang area - then you can have it down or up in a ponytail...
you could also just leave it curly or put in a headband or do a poof
