Question by Jasmine: What ingredients do Pakistani Chefs use in Rice at the weddings?

The rice in Pakistani weddings has a very distinct taste and flavor. The regular rice (chawal) we make at home doesnt. Does anyone know what that masala or ingredient is??
Im looking for the recipe/ Ingredient in the namkeen- Salty Pulao recipe
